We want you to love your Madonna & Co. purchase. If something isn't quite right, you may return or exchange eligible full-price merchandise within 10 days of delivery.

FULL-PRICE MERCHANDISE

You may return or exchange full-price merchandise within 10 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

SALE MERCHANDISE

All sale merchandise is FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please shop carefully when purchasing sale items.

FREE RETURNS

Madonna & Co. offers free return shipping on eligible U.S. online purchases.

To request a return, contact us at info@MadonnaAndCo.com within 10 days of receiving your order. We will provide return instructions.

Send returns using the return shipping method provided by Madonna & Co. Items returned using another shipping method may not be eligible for reimbursement of shipping costs.

IN-STORE RETURNS

You may also return eligible online purchases at our New York store within the 10-day return period. Please bring your order information and merchandise in its original condition with all tags attached.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and other fees are non-refundable. Contact us at info@MadonnaAndCo.com for assistance with an international return.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.
